Last Days at 5 Pointz

Vibrant and eye-catching graffiti art, back when 5 Pointz still stood in Long Island City, NYC. MERESOne used to curate & manage the space, leading it through the legal battle after a developer purchased the building. The first time I came across the pioneers of 5Pointz in the 1990's, was in its early days when it was known as the Phun Factory, which was near LaGuardia Community College. I was very fortunate to have it as a resource, and to shoot several photo & video projects there over the years.
